1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect product
- The product was leaking or tampered at the time of delivery
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and unopened

- Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind or taste preference
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Products that are opened, used, or partially consumed
- Orders cancelled after shipment
3. Refund Process

- Attach photos/videos clearly showing the issue
- Our team will review the request within 2โ3 business days
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated
4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 5โ7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway
5. Replacement Option
Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 3-4 days
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side
- If a replacement is approved, we will bear the shipping cost
