• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Delays in Delivery

Orian Honey is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier partner delays
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

7. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

• If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping charges may apply.
• Refunds will not be issued for undelivered orders unless the error is from our side.

8. Damaged Packages

• If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.
• If accepted, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
